Level 1 Contain All Stocks information inclusive of Stock with Code, Main Location, Sub Location till the Pallets that contain the Goods

Description of the Location for the Goods

Level 2 - Main Location split in to 2 category - Center (Service Center) and Project (Project Location)

Level 3 - To create 1st level of Sub location that descript type of goods in the center OR Project??

Level 4 - 1st level of Sub Location descript the goods can be found:

- In Center at storage of China formwork, MFE formwork or Accessories
- In Project at Project A or Project B or etc.

Level 5 - 2nd Level of Sub Location descript more specific of the goods can be found:

- Example Wall Panel 450W2050 will be at 
--> In Center at china formwork under category A-450W2050 Location 
--> OR In center at mfe formwork under category MA-450W2050
--> OR In Project at MY-Project A / MY-Project B / MY-Proejct etc under Site / Indound / outbound.

Level 6 - 3rd Level of Sub Location descript the exact location of the Goods.

- Exampler Deck Panel 300D800 will be at
--> In Center at China fowmwork under category B-Mix Deck Pallet No 145
--> OR In Center at MFE formwork inder category MB-Mix Deck Paller No 181
--> OR In Project at MY-Project A / MY-Project B / MY-Proejct etc under Site / Indound / outbound Pallet 168 

Level 7 - Is the information of the goods

Level 8 - Is the Quantity of the goods

Note:
"No" items to be allow to be add or remove form the system without any approval
Total Quantity of the goods in the system = Qty at Center + Qty in the Project

Allow to Transfer from Project to Project of Project to Center etc
allow import excel/similar format files to ease the update to the project/common location
Allow all the imported files to have one copy in the designated location
Allow All the Finish goods to be transfer within the locations 
Allow All the New Buying goods to be added with "Approval"

System shall be able to Query the total stock in the System --> System Total = Center total + Project Total
System shall be able to Query the total stock for center --> Center = Formwork CHN + Formwork MFE
System shall be able to Query the total stock for each type accessories
Able to Query the total Stock for all Projects or Each Project
Able to Query the total Stock for Each Type of Stock Type - Example Formwork CHN - Wall etc

Additional Guildlines
Create the system with 6 level
First Level Is the main category --> we call it stock system
2nd level is sub-category for the mian category we put it as "Center" and "Project"
3rd level under "Center" is [Formwork CHN], [Formwork MFE], {Accessories]
3rd level under "Porject" is [Porject A], and etc
4th Level under [Formwork CHN] is [Wall], [Deck], etc
4th Level under [Formwork MFE] is [M-Wall], [M-Deck], etc
4th level under [Accessories] os [AA-PL], 
4th level under each [Project A] is [Site], [inbound], [outbound]
5th level under [Wall], [Deck], [M-Wall] etc is all the formwork with sizes [MA-450W2050], [a-450w2650] etc
5a level [AA-PL], [AB-Waler] are all the sizes of accessories such as PL-350, pin wedges and all the pallers contain the accessories
6th Level is all the pallet used to contain the sizes of each goods

For All the items in ERP system under [File] --> [Stock Type] shall be at "Level" in the system and required to link with 'Level 4"
For all the items related to formwork at the "Define Storage" shall goup to the "Level 5"  example [C4,G4 - LOT MIX WALL] shall put into [WALL] etc
Reallocate all the items in the ERP existing under [File] --> [category] into "Level 5" accordingly example all IC124+100, IC125+125 etc in [IC ICB] etc
Allow to have a sub-category as pallet number exmaple: Formwork CNH -->  Kickers --> B13-LOT Kickers--> Pallets No (143, 152 etc)

Then put all the items contain in [MYAETAS-TA] in to sub-category create as [SITE]
Then put all the items contain in [HOLDING AREA - MYAETAS] to sub-category created in [MYAETAS-TA] --> [INBOUND]
